01 Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Rev3rse Security ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of TalkToMyVideos ("t2mv" or the "service"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02 The service
TalkToMyVideos provides a retrieval-based AI assistant built from the public content of your own YouTube videos. The assistant can answer questions across surfaces you choose to enable, including a Telegram bot, an embeddable website widget, and, on an opt-in basis through a local command-line tool, draft replies to comments on your own videos.
The service is provided during a private beta and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time. Features described on our website may evolve as the product develops.
03 Accounts and eligibility
To use the service you must connect a Google account and authorize read-only access to your YouTube channel. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
04 Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Connect a channel or content you do not own or do not have the right to use.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of any third party.
- Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
- Misrepresent the source or accuracy of assistant responses, or use the service to impersonate another person.
- Use the service in any way that violates the YouTube Terms of Service or the policies of any other integrated platform.
05 Your content and responsibility
You retain ownership of your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the service and generate responses for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the content you publish through the assistant. The assistant generates responses based on your videos, and you are solely responsible for any replies, messages, or other content that is published on your behalf or through any surface you enable, including replies to YouTube comments that you approve through the opt-in command-line tool. You should review automated output before relying on it. We are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or consequences of content you choose to publish.
06 YouTube integration
The service integrates with YouTube and uses YouTube API Services. Your use of the service is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service. You can review and revoke the access you have granted at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
07 Third-party services
The service relies on third parties, including AI model providers, to operate. Your use of features that depend on these providers is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and their inclusion does not imply our endorsement.
08 Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Rev3rse Security and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
09 No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, or that assistant responses will be accurate or complete. You use the service at your own risk.
10 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rev3rse Security and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred euros.
11 Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and disconnect your account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including content responsibility, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.
12 Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you use the service as a business or professional, the courts of Turin (Torino), Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service. If you use the service as a consumer, the mandatory jurisdiction of the courts of your place of residence or domicile under applicable consumer-protection law applies and is not affected by this clause.
13 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
