01 Who we are

TalkToMyVideos ("t2mv", "we", "us", or "our") is a software service operated by Rev3rse Security. TalkToMyVideos provides video creators with a retrieval-based AI assistant built from the creator's own published video content.

02 What data we collect

We collect only the data we need to set up your account and operate your assistant. This includes:

• Account identifiers. Your Google account email address, your profile name, and your YouTube channel ID. These identify you and link your account to your channel.
• Your own public video content. The public content of the videos on your own YouTube channel, specifically video titles, descriptions, transcripts, and public comments. This content is used to build your private knowledge base.

We do not collect Google or YouTube data belonging to other users, and we do not request access to private or non-public data beyond what is described in this policy.

03 Use of YouTube API Services

TalkToMyVideos uses YouTube API Services.

By using TalkToMyVideos, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

In addition, the way Google handles your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy, which applies to your use of TalkToMyVideos through Google and YouTube API Services.

04 How we use the youtube.readonly scope

TalkToMyVideos requests the youtube.readonly scope. This is a read-only scope. We use it solely to:

• Read the authenticated creator's own channel identity (for example, the channel ID and name) in order to set up your account.
• Read the public metadata and public comments of the creator's own videos (titles, descriptions, transcripts, and public comments) in order to build your knowledge base and generate AI assistant responses grounded in your content.

The youtube.readonly scope does not allow us to post, edit, or delete anything on your channel. We do not access other users' private data. Any action that publishes content on your behalf, such as drafting replies to comments on your own videos, happens only through a separate, opt-in tool that you run yourself and explicitly approve.

05 Limited Use disclosure

TalkToMyVideos' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular:

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
• We do not use Google user data for any purpose other than providing and improving the features of TalkToMyVideos that you have requested.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with appropriate notice.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific data, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

06 Data retention and deletion

We retain your account identifiers and the content of your knowledge base for as long as your account is active, so that your assistant can keep answering accurately. You are in control of this data at all times.

Disconnecting. You can disconnect TalkToMyVideos at any time. Revoking access removes our ability to read your YouTube data going forward. You can review and revoke the access you have granted at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Deletion. To request deletion of the data we store about you, including your account identifiers and your knowledge base, email us at info@rev3rse.it from the address associated with your account. We will delete your stored data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with applicable law.

07 Third-party processors

To generate responses, TalkToMyVideos relies on third-party AI model providers, which may include OpenAI and Anthropic. When your assistant produces an answer, relevant transcript passages from your knowledge base and the incoming question may be processed by these providers in order to generate the response.

We share only what is needed to produce a response, and we do not authorize these providers to use your data to train their models beyond what is necessary to deliver the service. We choose providers that offer appropriate confidentiality and security commitments.

08 Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Access tokens are stored securely and are used only to perform the read-only operations described in this policy. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to limit access to it.

09 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the service, to our practices, or to legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of TalkToMyVideos after an update means you accept the revised policy.
